ACOUSTIC INSULATION POLY WADDING

Made from 100% Polyester fiber material which is known for its sound and heat insulation properties. Poly wadding is good choice because they do not create extra dust or loose fibres that can cause irritation giving advantage over glass-wool or rockwool. It is non-allergic and non-carcinogenic material. Professionals such as builders and developers prefer polyester sound insulation panels because of its long life and safe handling. It is an infill insulation material that can be used for Heat resistance, Thermal resistance and Acoustic Treatment.

Applications

Polyester Wadding is a Non-combustible material and is manufactured in accordance with BS 5852. They do not catch fire that easily nor do they produce any form of Toxic smoke in the case of fire. They can withstand Temperature up to 450°C. They are very good for eliminating Low frequency Noise levels and is an excellent Acoustic Treatment material for Theaters, Home Theaters, Conference rooms, Auditoriums etc.

Made from recycled plastic. They can be reused and recycled. Also, they do not disintegrate or emit any dust particles after a few years when compared to Fiber glass wool and Mineral Rockwool Insulation.

We also provide these insulation materials with aluminium foil lamination to provide a reflective surface.
